About the job.
Compiles, analyses and maintains records of material, manpower and asset usage on a construction site with the goal to accurately determine the construction costs of each activity.

Site Resources Controller Responsibilities:
- Measuring, collecting, analysing and representing all construction-related data to manpower, materials and resources usage,
- Coordinate with all site supervisors to ensure accountability for all resources, proper documentation, and transparent reporting of resource consumption,
- Compute and verify quantities of materials required to complete project activities, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules,
- Assisting the Project Coordinator with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day site operations,
- Assisting in updating and maintaining all construction-related inputs to the company’s ERP,
- Track deliveries, imports, and site material requirements to ensure timely availability and reduce delays,
- Conduct periodic audits of resource usage to identify variances, wastage, or inefficiencies,
- Providing administrative support as needed,
- Undertaking project tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in construction management or quantity surveying from a reputable institution of higher learning, –
- Well-organised,
- Advanced spreadsheet programme skills,
- High proficiency in MS projects and/or Primavera,
- Detail-Oriented,
- Able to thrive in a team environment and have excellent communication skills,
- Have good time-management skills,
- Good critical thinking skills to troubleshoot potential problems,
