The role involves carrying out plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, responding to tenant maintenance issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
Content Creator
We’re a real estate developer hiring a Content Creator to own video production end-to-end, from shooting and editing to publishing and performance optimisation. The role spans two distinct streams: social-facing content for our developments (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and internal content for the business (health & safety videos, training, internal comms, site updates). We need someone fast, organised, self-directed, deeply fluent in social media, and genuinely invested in how their content performs once it’s live.
