About the job.
We’re looking for a dedicated and responsible Pool Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool environment for residents and guests while upholding Unity’s standards of hospitality and community.
Key Responsibilities include, daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool area, monitoring pool safety and enforcing rules, checking & maintaining proper chemical levels and providing assistance and excellent customer service to residents.

Pool Attendant Responsibilities:
● Provide lifeguard services to the swimming pool users
● Provide swimming lessons to new users
● Monitor pool area to ensure safety and compliance with the rules and regulations
● Maintain cleanliness of pool area, including restrooms and showers
● Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment and report any issues to management
● Monitoring pool chemistry levels to ensure that they are within safe limits of chemical
elements such as chlorine and pH levels
● Monitoring water quality by testing the pH balance, chlorine levels, and other chemical
conditions
● Provide optimal level of services to all guests and residents and enforce compliance with
facility policies
● Monitor inventory of all pool tools and maintain the adequacy of the same
● Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents and ensure compliance with all
safety programs and policies of the pool area
● Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including answering questions and
addressing concerns
Skills and Qualifications
● Prior one year experience or more working as a pool attendant/lifeguard
● CPR/First Aid Certification
● LifeGuard Certification will be an added advantage
● Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 will be an added advantage
● Friendly outgoing personality
