Kenyan Mortgage Refinance Company home loans are designed specifically to help Kenyans own their first home so they offer very favourable lending conditions of a fixed interest rate 9% for up to 25 years. You can also access up to 105% financing to help with closing costs. KCB Bank has gone one step further and is now offering 9% KMRC home loans.
Can I buy off-plan apartment with a KMRC affordable home loan?
Great question! Yes, in fact Unity Homes is one of the only developers in Kenya which you can purchase off-plan housing with a KMRC home loan.
