Are appliances included in the apartments?

Yes! All Unity Parkside apartments come with a built-in gas hob and oven, saving buyers the cost and hassle of retrofitting kitchens.

Are the 2 & 3 bedrooms in mixed blocks or separate blocks?

Great question! After broad canvassing of Unity Homes homeowners we’ve split the 2 and 3 bedroom residences into separate blocks for better estate functionality and utilisation of space for more greenery.

Is there a show home available for viewing?

Currently, there is no completed physical show home. Prospective buyers are encouraged to view our Unity East and Silver Hill show homes to understand the high quality of our finishing. Our sales agents will be able to inform you of which aspects of the show homes will be carried through to Unity Parkside.

How many units are available in the first public release?

We will have 78 units available in the first public release. This includes the six blocks within the dotted lines above, which is made of four 2 bedroom blocks and two 3 bedroom blocks.

When will the units be ready for handover?

The first Unity Parkside units in Row A (as indicated above) will be ready in Q2 2027 with the units in Row B following shortly after in Q4 2027.
