What will I get out of booking a meeting?
Unity Homes consultations are an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have about investing in a Unity Homes property. We will take you through the company history and track record, our property portfolio and help you find a financing option to suit your budget.
What payment options do you offer for diaspora buyers?
For most of our properties you have three options available. You can pay with cash, pay in instalments or through one of our KMRC-backed mortgages (available for our properties under 10M KES). We offer a discount to buyers who purchase property off plan or in cash so if these options are available to you we recommend them.
Can I access the fixed rate 9.5% affordable home loan (KMRC) as a diaspora investor?
Yes, you can. If you are a Kenyan citizen, earning more than KES150K per month (or the equivalent) and you’re between the ages of 30-50 there is a good chance that you will qualify for KMRC financing. Can I buy and rent out the unit while I’m still abroad?
Absolutely. Many of our diaspora clients buy our homes as investment properties.
